Victoria Bailey has a new record out, “A Cowgirl Rides On,” and she is celebrating with a big party in Costa Mesa! Vic will be playing the album in its entirety, and she’s invited friends Moonsville Collective to play some tunes as well. Friends in Low places will be DJ’ing with the best country music vinyl, and there will be free roping lessons!
